DELIVERY OF GOODS WITHIN THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA

1. Goods purchased by the Buyer are delivered at the Buyer's expense via a courier service. Delivery shall be covered by the Seller in specific cases designated by the Seller:

1.1. If the total value of the purchase order exceeds EUR 150;
1.2. If the length of the purchased goods does not exceed 4 meters;
1.3. If the purchased goods are not manufactured based on a custom or individual order.

2. When selecting the home delivery option during the order process, the Buyer is obliged to provide an accurate delivery address and postal code. Delivery fees are determined based on the weight of the ordered goods.

3. As a general rule, goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of payment for both the goods and delivery service, provided the goods are in the Seller’s stock. The Seller does not guarantee that goods will always be delivered within the specified term, particularly in cases where the goods are not currently available in the Seller’s warehouse. Deliveries are carried out throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, including the Curonian Spit (subject to an additional surcharge).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDER COLLECTION

1. Purchased goods may be collected from UAB “Brasa” showrooms.

2. The Buyer must collect the ordered goods no later than within 3 business days following the Seller’s email notification regarding order readiness.

3. Upon delivery of the shipment to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer or an authorized representative must inspect the condition of the packaging, the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods in the presence of the courier representative.

4. In case of any packaging damage or discrepancies in quantity, quality, or assortment, the Buyer, together with the courier representative, must document such irregularities.

5. If the Buyer properly indicates in the delivery documents the existence of packaging damage or shortages, the Buyer shall have the right to submit a written claim to the Seller within 2 business days.

6. Upon delivery of the goods to the address provided by the Buyer, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Buyer, regardless of whether the Buyer personally accepted the goods or they were accepted by another individual at the specified address. If the goods are not delivered on the expected delivery date, the Buyer must notify the Seller immediately, but no later than the next business day following the scheduled delivery date.

7. If the goods are to be received by someone other than the Buyer, the Buyer must indicate the recipient’s details when completing the delivery information form.

8. When receiving the goods, a valid personal identification document must be presented (identity card, passport, or new-format driver’s license). If the Buyer is unable to receive the goods personally, and they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to file claims against the Seller regarding delivery to an unauthorized person.
